In this short and sweet article, I'll tell you about my checkered outfit I wore on my birthday evening on New Years Day.

The Checkered Outfit

Kicking off with the first outfit of the year in this checkered two piece trouser and crop blazer combo. I wore this on my birthday for a few drinks and to lounge while relaxing with a neat whisky in my hotel room at the Dalmeny park hotel. The Look

There is a second set to my checkered outfit that consists of a check mini skirt, so I had taken the really sexy bra from that set and added it into my trouser, blazer combo. Because these trousers were skinny fit, for my footwear I chose a pair of my favourite casual heeled boots to wear with this outfit - my Tommy Hilfiger high heeled boots (black of course, to match) and pulled my trousers over the boot to show how long my legs really are. This extenuated how long they are, giving me more of a slim look.

Additionally

For me, everything had to match, and to top off with a little more sexy touch, I wore these lace and bow nipple pasties so I wasn’t showing absolutely everything in public! I don’t really know why I have started wearing more ribbon, I guess it was because I did in my teens. However, red for me had a hidden meaning and I wear that with pride. So, I think I’ll stick to wearing red ribbon from now on in all of my looks, obviously some pink from time to time! You know I love my kawaii vibes.

Hair And Makeup

If I am shooting with a professional photographer on set, there is normally a makeup artist or I go and get it done by one before hand. However, I otherwise actually do most of my looks on my own. I love to play around with it, and create new exciting looks to pair with my outfits. Without bleaching my hair, I had decided to put a nice red dye over my natural brown hair giving it a nice red glow. Pairing with some red ribbon after hand curling to make this kawaii look. I'm about the red recently, so I topped off my makeup look with some crimson red lipstick.
