Travel

So I am returning to Greece for a week in April to celebrate my 30th birthday. As you may be aware, my birthday is on New Yearโ€™s Day, which isn't great at all as there is only so much you can do to celebrate on that specific date, so I have chosen to travel this year on a later date to enjoy the festivities instead. Greece is one of my favourite destinations to be in, and I am eager to experience it once again. There is also speculation of a trip to the hot springs in Iceland of some kind to a luxury resort spa getaway. If things go ahead this year, I will be sure to share my time there with you.

Maybe a new article will definitely be on the horizon for that sort of trip along with a birthday week article about my time in Greece for my 30th! I am super excited about it as I have been looking at leaving the country more often for luxury travel purposes. This is ideal as it is a luxury destination and a 5-star hotel I will be in once again.

I'd love this time around in Greece to explore what it has to offer especially the local people and my surroundings. They are so friendly and inviting. I see Greece as a passionate country full of love and happy memories. Returning to Greece after a couple of years away will be lovely to be back in such a de-stressing setting for me. Keep an eye on my social media for daily posts on my feed and stories while I am traveling and when I am there for the week.

Home Aesthetic

In my previous Eve's life post, I discussed my home dรฉcor projects. I have since completed most of the rooms and made significant upgrades to my home. Previously, I had predominantly done an all-white colour scheme. This time around I have posed a challenge for myself. I have decided to incorporate more colour into my home this time around. However, I am pleased with the progress I have made, proud of the work I have done all by myself. I have taken on various tasks, including flooring installation, lighting fixtures, and DIY projects. I have learned new skills and gained confidence in my abilities.

Now I can redecorate with a newfound skill set. It is such an uplifting feeling to have done all of this myself.ย  I think I am most proud that I had done all my flooring. Learning new techniques and creating this beautiful effect throughout my house. If you are looking to do something similar you should check out how to do epoxy flooring. It's a bit tricky to work with but all in all worth the effort. Maybe I should do a full video with pictures of my luxury home for you all to see?

Lifestyle

Being a public figure and trendsetter, I find fulfillment in showcasing my creativity and collaborating with new brands to express myself in various ways. So I take my aesthetic pretty seriously. It has taken me a long time to find my most comfortable fit. This was a sort of epiphany that happened at the end of 2024. For me, 2025, is all about the new age. This means something different for everyone. However, in my eyes and mind this meant for me to upgrade my style and bring the new age in. My focus this year is metallics and snakes, and since we are in the Lunar Year of the Snake, I find this so fitting because my snakes are a part of me.

Meaning that it is my slithery snake friends' time to shine. So on my blog and socials, you will see a lot more of my snake companions and a lot more of my design and aesthetic. I find this style I have settled in to be AI-motivated with a cyberpunk twist with all the new-age tech and metal usage. The brands I have worked with recently have been a great way to showcase my snakes and jewellery. It seems that it has become my niche without even trying at all.

Health

On my online blog, you can find the article Living with anorexia nervosa, if you have any questions about this then head over to the article I have written and have a read. There is no cure for Anorexia Nervosa. However, I am managing it to the best of my ability. The right mindset can help. It has been a help to being able to take back some control of my eating disorder. A lot of people think and have said some horrible things to me. About my eating disorder and, having a child at the same time. My son is completely unaware of my eating disorder as it is my problem, not his. I do not subject my child to it. I try to be the best parent I can be to him. So in no way does it impact him or his wellbeing.

Seems people will say anything to damage someone's image or speak ill of them so it makes them look better in other people's eyes. Me, I value the truth and the root problem of my Eating disorder was the domestic abuse I survived years ago now. This was a way to cope that has damaged my health in a psychological way to try and deal with my PTSD. I can safely say now that knowing and addressing that, that was the instigator of my anorexia has given me quite a bit of closure. All I can do now is take back that control they had over me to confront and relieve myself of the stress I am under with anorexia nervosa. A battle I know I will win.

Whatโ€™s next?

The years has been hard so far but pushing on through the chaos, April is a big month for me! Days out with my son are a priority in making memories. Outings for dinner, movies at the pictures. Isaac wants to go see the new Minecraft movie, that comes out on April 4th as he is a massive fan of the game. So we have reserved tickets to go which will be a great time for him. Also spending time with my mother we are going for a scare in Glasgow at the theatre the event is called ghost stories. This should be fun! I'm a horror fan myself and not much scares me so hopefully they will be able to make me jump in my seat.

Prepping to get Isaac ready for his upcoming trip with his school heโ€™s going away for 5 nights and with lots of cool activities arranged he will have a blast! He is most excited about the archery and rifle shooting! There will be team-building tasks and his best friends will be there so I know he will love this school holiday and it will be amazing memories for him to carry throughout his life. To look back and see his childhood fond memories. So many good things to come this year and hopefully a lot of exciting new activities, travel, life experience and more!

Gaming

Gaming passion, that is shared with my son. He now loves his PlayStation 5. We have been playing through all of the Poppy Playtime games. Throughout each chapter, we had such a blast, and making these types of memories just makes my heart melt to see him having fun and happy. Since we had such a great time playing these types of games together we are both thinking we should do the Five Nights At Freddie's games next! There is also a new game on the horizon called Finding Freddy, this looks similar to Poppy's Playtime so it may be worth playing together. If you have any suggestions on which game4s we should play why not let me know in the comment section below? We will check it out and let you know if we enjoyed it.

I was also thinking of uploading my recent game play videos on YouTube. Having a channel that specializes in co-op games and horror. We love the Little Nightmares games and would love to put a playthrough video online where you can watch and it may help others to find the hidden trophies and more. I know these games like the back of my hand so it would be fun to do. I also know the Resident Evil games too well so maybe uploading a co-op playthrough of these on the hardest setting! Would you watch it?

Surgery

As I said previously April is a big month for me. Instead of having my lips done again like I did before I went to the BAFTAS party. I won't be getting them done again. I do not feel the need to. Instead, I am going to get something I need fixed. So as this month is a big month it is also because it includes my ear surgery Iโ€™ll be going for on the 29th. I have always wanted my ear fixed and for the last few years, itโ€™s been bugging me more often. So Iโ€™m finally booked in for it to be cut and sewn! I will get before and after pictures to and write all about my experience, so if you have this problem as well.

It may put your mind at ease and help you take the next step to get it done if you feel apprehensive about your decision. I shall also post about this on my social media with scroll pictures and a reel of my experience. Find me at @evesaraeden/@findingedenwitheve on Instagram. I may even write a small article on the experience I have in the private hospital and the surgeon who is doing the work. I am nervous about it but also so relieved that the day is getting closer to getting it finally fixed!

Overall

Summing up my thoughts on this year, I want to move forward with my influencer career, home aesthetic, and travel blog. This year holds great things in store and from what I have learned in life, I will not be letting anymore bring me down or my life. It is mine to make great and no one else's. Things are getting better with each day and I feel that I am gaining back control over the chaos. Here's to a brighter and better new year filled with new experiences, new destinations, and new forward-thinking.
