The outdoor seating area is ideal for savouring a morning coffee or a romantic moment with a golden sunset, accompanied by a glass of champagne. All while soaking in panoramic views of the Aegean landscape.

Inside, the suite has a modern sophistication and a minimalistic aesthetic. The king-sized bed, dressed in crisp, fresh white linens, invites deep relaxation, flanked by sleek wooden nightstands and soft ambient lighting. This astounding Hotel has not just one restaurant but seven! Insane, I know. However, the size of this complex building is impressive, as they are all spaced out and have a unique look to them. My favourite was the Japanese. They prepared many amazing dishes, all of which were cooked to perfection.

The resort boasts seven distinct restaurants, each offering a unique dining experience designed to satisfy a wide range of tastes and preferences. At the heart of the resort's dining scene is the main buffet restaurant, where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are. Themed nights introduce guests to global cuisines—from Mediterranean to Asian fusion—while always including fresh local ingredients and vegetarian options.

If you're like me and love a good sandy beach, then this isn't the place for you. The beachfront at this Hotel is nothing but stones. It's tough to walk on, and the images and videos I took of myself coming out of the water show me sinking into them as I was walking out. So, it's worth heading further afield for a beach day if you want sand instead of staying at this resort.

The beach at Lindos Grand Resort & Spa is a serene slice of Mediterranean paradise, steps away from the resort's elegance. Nestled along Vlycha Bay, this stretch of shoreline is known for it's calm, crystal-clear waters, a perfect spot for those looking to unwind in the sun or take a refreshing dip in the sea. Plush, cushioned sun loungers are spaced generously apart, offering privacy and peace even during peak hours. Matching umbrellas provide ample shade. The water here is shallow and gentle, making it ideal for casual swimmers, snorkelers, and those seeking a peaceful paddle.

The absence of large crowds adds to the exclusivity, and the view from the shore—framed by soft hills and open sky—is nothing short of postcard-perfect.
